Jon Hedges
Jon founded Hedges & Company in 2004 to provide clients with database marketing/direct marketing consulting and strategic planning services. Since then Hedges & Company has provided superior advice and strategic planning to many clients. Jon has experience in the automotive aftermarket industryand motorcycle/powersports industry going back to 1985, in direct marketing, database marketing, manufacturing, retail and distributing. Much of his career was spent at Summit Racing Equipment where he was responsible for marketing, advertising, and merchandising for over 13 years. He has also worked at automotive aftermarket companies such as Speedway Motors, Stylin' Concepts (now Stylin' Trucks) and SuperTrapp Industries. Jon has a bachelor's degree from the University of Nebraska.

Bill Kincaid
Bill came to Hedges & Company after spending seven years at OEConnection where he administered programs for State Farm, Honda, Ford, GM, Chrysler, and Nissan. Bill not only has has an extensive career in the automotive aftermarket but also has experience in the direct marketing industry from a stint at Hanover Direct. Bill is experienced in project management, marketing analysis, customer retention, and database development. He has a bachelor's degree in marketing from Kent State University, with an MBA in eBusiness from the University of Phoenix.
