Jon Hedges founded Hedges & Company in 2004 and has been growing sales in the automotive aftermarket, motorsports and powersports industries since the mid-1980s. Since starting Hedges & Company, Jon has provided superior advice and strategic planning to some of the industry's biggest retailing and manufacturing brands, trade associations and sanctioning bodies. Jon is an expert in Internet marketing going back to 1991 and has a lot of experience in search engine optimization (SEO), paid search, email marketing, direct marketing, brand building and database marketing, and has worked in all of our industry's channels including manufacturing, retail and distributing.

Much of his career was spent at Summit Racing Equipment where he was responsible for marketing, advertising, and merchandising for over 13 years, during its period of explosive growth. He started his career at the legendary catalog company Speedway Motors. After leaving Summit Racing he guided other companies to sales records, including Stylin' Concepts (now Stylin' Trucks) where he also consulted with sister company JCWhitney, and SuperTrapp Industries.
