This important survey asks for your opinion on shopping for and buying automotive parts and accessories. It is short and will only take about 5 minutes to complete. If you have purchased an automotive battery, accessories, replacement parts, restyling parts, performance parts, or similar automotive parts, you qualify.
All responses will be kept confidential. We respect your privacy, and if you give us your contact information to be eligible to win a $100 gas card we will not release your name or email address to any third party.
Drawing Rules: This drawing is offered and open only to those 18 years of age or older. Void where prohibited by law. No purchase requried. To enter: complete the Survey Drawing form or mail a post card with your name, and address to: Automotive Parts Buying Survey, Hedges & Company 8 Blackberry Dr. Hudson, Ohio 44236. Drawing winners are selected at random from all eligible entries received. Drawing winners are notified within 30 days of close of survey the odds of winning are estimated to be 1 in 2,500. Hedges & Company is not responsible for typing errors input in drawing forms or for undelieverable addresses.
Winners are notified via email. Two attempts will be made to contact online-entered winners via email and mail-entered winners via express delivery service. Prizes will be sent priority mail. Prizes must be redeemed within one year of award. Two months following successful prize delivery, unredeemed prizes become void. Non-winners will not be contacted.
