Employees feel like they're chasing their tails: too many unproductive meetings, not enough time in a day or a week, too many top priorities.
You're frustrated because you feel your employees should have more "follow-through."
Even though your company may be small, communication is a problem. Not everyone is sure they understand where the company is heading.
Employees are not sure about their place in the company, possibly because the company has grown beyond their abilities, possibly because of poor communication.
